Abstract:
IT Service Management is widely used as management approach to delivery of IT services. This approach is uses by majority of IT organizations and IT companies. Traditionally linked with ITIL as ITSM best practice. ITSM focuses on delivery of value in the form of services to customers and their users. It is great approach which works perfectly when implemented properly. What about ITSM in agile times? Is it still valid? What changes to the approach are needed?
