What can we learn from esports?

For the past year I’ve been taking focused on the exciting world of esports. I’ve been taking the skills and techniques I used as a developer and administrator and applying them to competitive video games. I’m now here to come back and share some things I’ve learned. We’ll cover topics familiar to any DevOpsDays audience - communication, training, metrics, honesty, post-mortems, recruiting, and personal growth.
