Alan is the Technical Lead of the Solution Team, working within a SAFe organisation in HPE. Over the past 6 years he has been involved in the transformation of the R&D organisation. Going from a disparate group of monolithic applications, working in a waterfall model, building towards a consolidated, micro-services architecture, in a scaled agile framework. During this transformation he has transitioned from a developer, to scrum master, to a tech lead. He is an evangelist for agile development practices, communities of practice and continuous delivery methodologies.
