Change is hard, especially in mature enterprises that are heavily regulated. However, competitive pressures are encouraging companies to implement strategic initiatives to be more “DevOpsy”. Looking at the CALMS framework, tactical advice on Automation and Metrics abound, similar advice for Culture, Lean, and Sharing is often overlooked.
