5 Rules for Becoming a Better DevOps Leader




DevOps is hard. We have conferences all over the world giving insight into how to define DevOps, implement best practices, and continually improve those over time. I have found that building reliable and self-improving systems is only a part of puzzle - building reliable and self-improving teams is a big piece. I have been leading DevOps teams at a large Enterprise for a number of years. I have made a ton of mistakes and learned a few lessons on being a better leader and building successful DevOps teams.
